The Role
Our client is an exciting and rapidly growing business in the medical finance space and has hugely ambitious plans over the coming months and years. They are now looking to bring on a tenacious and ambitious Sales Development Representative onto the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be the voice of the company to potential clients through outbound sales efforts to generate new meetings and building the customer base.
- Getting in touch with prospective clients through outbound calls, emails and social media
- Balancing multiple leads, prioritising activities, and meeting deadlines
- Meeting with Account Executives to understand how the client can be closing deals quicker
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Outbound B2B cold-calling sales experience
- Wants to work at a fast-paced startup and relishes the opportunity to get stuck in and learn new skills
- Proactive, tenacious, does not settle for the bare minimum
- Willing to be in the London office 3 days a week
The Package
- Basic salary of £28,000 - £30,000
- OTE of another £12,000 - £14,000
- Hybrid working
