We are looking for a Store Manager Designate to join our retail field team covering ourfashionstores across Lancashire.

The contract for this position can be either 28 hours or 35 hours per week.

What does this role involve?

The Store Manager Designate role provides cover across different locations to support the day to day running of the required stores and includes:

  • Driving sales and achieving targets
  • Delivering a high standard of service to customers that is expected by the BHF
  • Leading and developing a team of staff and volunteers
  • Deputising for Store Managers.
  • Stock generation and management
  • Visual merchandising
  • Recruitment and training of staff and volunteers.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous retail experience is essential
  • Good commercial awareness
  • Experience of leading and developing teams
  • Ability to achieve sales targets
  • Committed to achieving the highest retail standards at all times
  • Results driven but with a recognition of right result, right way
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to build rapport with people

This role involves providing cover and support to various stores. Therefore, willingness to travel to various sites is essential.

The successful candidate will need a full UK driving licence.
