Senior Contract Recruiter

We're looking for an experienced Technology Contract recruiter to join one of our highest performing teams across Gravitas globally - The Contract Technology Team. Led by our very own Liz Ellis, who has been with us for over 10 years, leads 3 teams containing some of our top global performers, many of whom we've trained from the ground up.

Because of Liz & her teams consistent success and their collaborative & positive work culture, we're looking to bring on yet another current/ future top contract recruiter interested in working amongst some of the best Contract recruiters in the market.

You will:

• Lead from the front with sales calls, client & candidate meetings & arranging and attending networking events across Manchester & the UK to build new and existing client relationships
• Value long-term relationship building with your clients and candidates and will place strong emphasis on that with your team
• Excited to develop, mentor and coach other consultants from junior level through to senior
• Open to expanding your team by bringing on both experienced and graduate hires and developing them into billing & profitable consultants
• Uphold the Gravitas values (respect, integrity, passion and excellence)

You have:

• At least 3 years or more of 360 Contract recruitment experience in Technology
• Have a proven track record of success in business development & placements.
• The determination and ambition to be one of our global Future Leaders/ billers
