Things that you will do


As a Vypr Research Executive you will use your Qualitive and Quantitative consumer research experience to become a trusted expert on the Vypr platform, using it to conduct research for our customers throughout the project life-cycle, from attending briefing sessions, deciding the methodology, running the research, summarising the results and presenting back. In addition, you will support the research manager to conduct research for quarterly insights State of the Nation Report that you will scope in concert with the Research Manager. You will also work closely with our Marketing team to help them create marketable research content, for both existing customers and prospective customers.


What you will be responsible for


Currently Vypr have a fantastic reputation of providing exceptional customer research as seen by our NPS score of +75. As we grow it is critical that we maintain this USP in a scalable way, achieved via operational excellence. You will be responsible for providing well-worded thought-through research for your assigned customer (both external and internal) using the best test methodology, while managing customer expectations and delivering high quality outputs within the agreed timescales. You will create credible relationships with your customers and ensure they see Vypr’s research team as the first port of call for all research questions related to the NPD (new product development) process with the aim of increasing their use on the platform.



What you are good at


With a can-do attitude, you are bright, resourceful and inquisitive. You have a keen interest in current events and are aware of macro consumer trends. You are an articulate communicator, with experience of conducting both qualitative and quantitative consumer research gained either as a part of your role or as a degree based industry placement. This will include, creating research questions, conducting research summarising and presenting back. You will be able to write up project findings up into a PowerPoint presentation, telling a clear story with recommendations and next steps. You must be able to write in an engaging and relevant way, adopting a tone that is in line with our brand guidelines.
