What You Can Expect

• Location – Milton Keynes (Hybrid – 2 days in the office per week)
• Salary – £80,000

Key Responsibilities as a Reward Manager

• Co create the long-term reward strategy for the business across the UK.
• Building a brand-new reward strategy from the ground up and presenting to c suite executives.
• Critically monitor and review current policies and practices.
• Support the delivery of the business agenda through total reward strategy.
• Present and engage with senior level executives.

Core Experience and Skills

• Rolled out rewards strategies and policies for companies of over 1000 headcount.
• Be familiar with different grading systems and banding within a business.
• Have used data to drive decisions being able to present key findings to stakeholders.
• Technical reward expertise.
