Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various IT positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical and business requirements for each role.
• Use various platforms and techniques (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to attract top IT talent.
• Conduct candidate assessments and ensure a smooth interview and selection process.
• Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and current information.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated with IT industry trends to understand the changing demands for talent.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and sourcing strategies.
• Legal authorization to work in the UK.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work 5 days per week in our London office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
