Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Demand Generation Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that generate high-quality leads, drive customer acquisition, and support overall business growth. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create integrated campaigns that move prospects through the funnel and convert them into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Generation Strategy:

• Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
• Create and manage targeted campaigns across email, social media, paid media, content marketing, webinars, and more.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align demand generation efforts with sales objectives, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads.

Campaign Management:

• Design and implement lead nurturing programs to engage prospects at various stages of the buyer's journey.
• Leverage marketing automation tools to track, score, and manage leads through the sales funnel.
• Work with content and creative teams to develop compelling marketing assets that resonate with target audiences.

Performance Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze the performance of demand generation campaigns, using data to inform decisions and improve ROI.
• Track key metrics such as lead volume, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
• Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on the effectiveness of campaigns and overall demand generation efforts.

Optimization and Innovation:

• Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve performance and maximize impact.
• Identify new channels and tactics to enhance demand generation efforts and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging, creative, and targeting strategies.
