Job Description

Pardgroup is a Global retail Marketing agency, with offices in the UK, Europe, Dubai and the US. We are looking for an enthusiastic, lateral thinking Business Development Manager to join our London office to expand our client base and enhance our offering to existing clients.

You will have a proven track record of generating new business opportunities, building client relationships and accelerating business growth by actively generating your own leads and securing new revenue streams from existing and new clients.



Our ideal candidate must have:


  • Previous experience in a similar B2B role, preferably within the same field (retail)
  • A passion for networking and building relationships (with colleagues and new/potential customers, suppliers and all other partners).
  • Gravitas to lead face-to-to face and remote meetings.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills in relation to communicating with people at all levels – internally and externally.
  • Confident, positive and professional outlook and attitude.
  • Excellent organisation, communication and negotiation skills.
  • The capacity to multitask and to work under pressure, sometimes to tight timescales and using own initiative.
  • Ability to forecast, anticipate and respond to future market trends and growth areas; strategic thinker.
  • IT, CRM and relevant social media proficiency.
  • Fluency in English essential; Italian and or French useful.



The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:


  • Creating new leads and actively brining new business opportunities to the company
  • Working with Project Managers and the MD to oversee all aspects of client portfolio development including tendering, retention and account management.
  • Maintaining good working relationships with existing clients with a view to retain and generate sales through new opportunities, brand loyalty and referrals.
  • Researching, identifying and nurturing prospects; generating new leads that result in long-term business collaborations.
  • Positioning Pardgroup in the appropriate markets, getting us in front of the key decision makers.
  • Actively developing strategic sales strategies and forecasts focusing on customers in target markets.
  • Creating and delivering client specific presentations, research studies and commercial / promotional material and activities.
  • Preparing and delivering reliable and timely management reports.



Generous Basic Salary and OTE package
