Associate Consultant

A marketing consultancy is seeking an associate consultant to join their team. They specialize in working with brands to design marketing ecosystems, building partnerships, and driving commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main day to day point of contact for clients, building trust and keeping projects on track. Manage expectations and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and deliver detailed project reports to clients, clearly communicating insights and actionable next steps.
• Support interviews with key client stakeholders to gather critical information, assess current marketing practices, and identify pain points.
• Design and support facilitation of workshops to align client teams on key marketing operating model improvements.

Requirement:

• 2–3 years’ experience working as a project manager in research or consulting environment
• Familiarity with marketing terminology and fundamentals (brand strategy, internships at Ad agencies, marketing platforms)
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent project management, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Details:

• Start: w/c 30th September
• Duration: 3 months, with potential to become permanent
• Daily rate: £200-300 dependent on experience
• Hybrid: 3 days in London office
