SAP TM Business Analyst

SAP TM Business Analyst BCForward is currently seeking for a highly motivated SAP TM Business Analyst for a Remote opportunity Minnesota. Position Title: SAP TM Business Analyst Location: Remote Anticipated Start Date: 07/10/2024 Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Expected Duration: 6 months contract Job Type: Contract Pay Range: $60/Hr -$65/Hr Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements for resolving issues, enhancements, and projects.
Formulate and configure applications to meet business requirements and execute solutions that help business units achieve their strategic objectives.
Author Functional Specification Documents
Test and track business requirements through implementation.
Analyze business strategy and user needs, document business processes, and translate business objectives into proper system requirement specifications for resolving issues, new enhancements, and new applications.
Formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding and available IT solutions.
Interpret existing applications and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

2+ years of Business Analyst or ABAP experience through internships or industry experience to include:
Experience developing and managing functional/technical specifications and test plans
2+ years SAP experience
Excellent documentation experience using Microsoft office, SharePoint or similar tool
Ability to identifying process issues and suggestions for improvement
Strong communicator with organized thought delivery. Self-starter / independent worker.
Bachelors Degree or higher in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent years of training, work experience and education)
