Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work with our customer in the Rochester area. Must be located in Rochester, Buffalo, Batavia or surrounding areas.


Here's what you'd do:

  • Assisting with Corporate, Partnership and Individual tax return preparation and review
  • Review and advisement regarding client internal financial information including budgeting, analytical analysis and key decision-making metrics
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of tax laws and current developments
  • Assisting with staff development and training
  • Assist in the evaluation and implementation of entity and individual tax planning opportunities

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $90,000-$120,000

Hours: Normal Business hours

Length: Direct Placement

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's or MBA with CPA is required
  • Experience completing Corporate, Partnership and Individual tax returns is required
  • A strong background in maintaining and building client relationships is required
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with tax compliance and preparation through public accounting client service is required
  • Proficient research skills (using CCH, RIA Checkpoint, BNA, etc.) and an understanding of federal and state tax authorities is required
  • Experience with accounting programs including but not limited to QuickBooks is required
