We are looking for a skilled Paid Search Specialist to join our dynamic Web & Search Team. In this role, you will manage and optimize paid search, display, and social media advertising campaigns. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts across multiple channels while driving campaign success.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in PPC management, data analysis, and digital marketing, with a strong command of advanced Excel techniques. Familiarity with Tableau or PowerBI, SEO knowledge, and experience with multi-touch attribution and automation tools are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

  • PPC Campaign Management
    Analyze, evaluate, and optimize PPC campaigns across search, display, and social channels to drive conversions and maximize ROI.
  • Ad Spend Optimization
    Minimize ad spend waste by coordinating with internal marketing teams (social, email, PPC) to avoid audience overlap and ensure cohesive campaign strategies.
  • Cross-Channel Attribution & Reporting
    Utilize multi-touch attribution models to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts across various channels (PPC, social, email) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Automation & Optimization
    Implement automated bidding strategies and reporting tools (e.g., Google Ads scripts) to improve campaign efficiency and save time.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
    Conduct A/B tests on ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and reduce CPA through data-driven experimentation.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
    Use Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI to analyze campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI) and generate actionable insights for strategy optimization.
  • Tracking & Tagging
    Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters, and tracking pixels to ensure accurate performance measurement.
  • SEO/SEM Coordination
    Work with SEO teams to align paid search strategies with organic search efforts, using tools such as SEMRush or Ahrefs to ensure cohesive performance across channels.
  • Competitor Research & Benchmarking
    Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities within the PPC landscape and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay Current on Trends
    Keep up with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in PPC, automation, and data analysis tools.
  • Budget Management
    Manage and allocate PPC budgets, ensuring maximum ROI while staying within spending limits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in PPC management, data analysis, and campaign optimization.
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to create complex reports and analyze large datasets.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools for tracking and reporting.
  • Knowledge of SEO tools like SEMRush, Moz, or Ahrefs is a plus.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
  • Experience with automated bidding strategies and tools such as Google Ads scripts, as well as third-party platforms.
  • Strong understanding of multi-touch attribution models and how to apply them in marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
  • Knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools for building reports and dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager for tracking implementation, as well as expertise in setting up UTM parameters for comprehensive performance tracking.
  • Experience with competitor research and benchmarking to inform campaign strategies.
  • Google Ads or Bing Ads certification is highly preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex data insights.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with testing and optimization tools like Optimizely, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or VWO to analyze user behavior and improve conversion rates.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact or MailChimp, and how they integrate with paid campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, innovate new strategies, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, SEMRush, and Ahrefs are considered valuable.
