Location: Manchester – Hybrid, 2 days per week in Spinningfields

The Opportunity:


This position plays a key role in supporting the Learning experience at NCC, it is responsible for providing a range of administrative and coordination support to the Learning team. This role reports into the Talent Development Coordinator and we are looking for someone eager to grow and learn in this role and take on a professional qualification to further their career development after passing their probation.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Manage team calendar and provide support for meeting and event coordination, including room bookings, venue coordination, participant attendance and tracking.
  • Responsible for day-to-day management of the Learning Experience Platform/Learning Management System, including reporting and data input.
  • Monitoring and maintenance of the shared team inbox and directing enquiries as needed.
  • Manage invoices and PO’s for the Talent Development team.
  • Provide administrative support for learning activities and processes.
  • Work closely with the Talent team, supporting on ad-hoc projects, where required.

Minimum Requirements:


  • Confident user of Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), able to create documents and reports to a high standard.
  • Analytical skills (the ability to analyse and interrogate data and create reports to aid understanding to the reader).
  • Knowledge of the UK Apprenticeship Levy beneficial but not required.
