General Manager – Luxury brand - £60,000+ - London

I am working with a fast growing, exciting company with huge opportunities for growth within the wellness sector. They are providing a powerful blueprint for a happy, healthy life for parents and Children alike. The General Manager role offers the opportunity to work as a senior member of staff in a luxury venue, based in an affluent part of London

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute an operational strategy to attract, engage, and retain guests.
  • Have commercial awareness and strategic focus.
  • Collaborate with the senior team to establish and manage the departmental budget.
  • Develop, train and motivate team.
  • Conduct regular surveys and collect feedback from guests to gauge satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the senior team to develop targeted customer communications, including newsletters, emails, and social media campaigns.
  • Coordinate and oversee the contact database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are kept.

Requirements:

  • Previous Senior Management experience.
  • Previous experience working with luxury brands is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to different personalities and create meaningful relationships with guests and internal teams.
  • Ability to empathise with members and resolve conflicts in a professional and tactful manner.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with other staff and members.
