Role overview

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Marketing Manager to join our market-leading global marketing team. You will be joining the team at a critical period as we scale our marketing efforts, predominantly in the US and UK, to increase new business and client retention with the world’s top employers.


This will be a varied and dynamic role and will involve the following key responsibilities:

Campaign management:

  • Inputting into marketing campaign strategy and plans with research and previous campaign insights.
  • Support execution and optimisation of marketing campaigns for users, prospects and clients to achieve impactful results.

Content creation:

  • Support development of high-quality multimedia content, including copywriting, briefing design teams, and coordinating with external providers. Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
  • Channel execution: email, social and paid ads.
  • Support social media across platforms, maintaining branding consistency, and driving results.

Analytics and optimisation:

  • Use data to track campaign performance and measure key metrics. Analyse campaign data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and improve results.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign activities and performance for internal stakeholders and meetings.


Skills and experience

Targeted campaigns are a critical part of our growth strategy, so you will need to have experience of understanding commercial needs, creating compelling messaging, and using the full marketing mix to drive engagement with audiences. We are passionate about tracking results, improving our activity, and demonstrating commercial impact to the wider business - so if you have an analytical, creative brain with a growth mindset this is the role for you – and in return you will get the perfect environment to grow your career.


For this role the ideal candidate should have:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a SaaS marketing role.
  • BSc/MSc degree or recognised accreditation in Marketing to understand broader marketing mix and how to optimise for results.
  • Employee benefits or HR Tech experience.
  • End to end campaign management experience (full-funnel marketing).
  • Copywriting experience and the ability to work with internal/external content and creative teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (Hubspot or equivalent).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.
