Senior Marketing Manager (Hybrid)

up to £48k + bonus

permanent

Management of 2 marketers


We’re recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing client with a portfolio of events worth over £8.5 million, experiencing 20-25% year-on-year growth. This role will focus on their Africa and LATAM events, with exciting new co-located events launching internationally. You will also manage and mentor a team of two marketing executives to ensure smooth execution and impactful results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing campaigns for Africa and LATAM events, driving revenue growth.
  • Plan and execute strategies that align with business and brand goals.
  • Maximize lead generation through CRM, social media, and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful events.
  • Manage and develop two marketing executives to deliver high-performance marketing outcomes.
  • Oversee budgets, track performance, and ensure strong ROI.


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in event marketing/management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing a team.
  • Proficiency in event software, marketing tools, and data-driven strategies.
