Product Designer

Product Designer | 4 Day Week | Up to £55k

I’m working with an exciting client in the fitness and wellness space who is looking for a talented Product Designer to join their growing team. This is a full-time role, but with a 4-day work week (yes, you get Fridays off!), offering an incredible balance between work and life, while contributing to an impactful company.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end product design, from user research to crafting polished UI, working on an app that plays a major role in users’ fitness journeys. The position combines remote flexibility with 2 days per week in their London office for collaborative team sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, engaging experiences for a fitness-focused app, improving user satisfaction and retention
• Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure designs meet the needs of the fitness audience
• Analyse user data and feedback to continuously improve the product
• Work closely with an experienced Senior Designer
• Collaborate with other areas of the business such as working with engineers or marketing to bring design concepts to life
• Improve and maintain design system to ensure consistency
• Stay current with design trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team

About You:

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, with a portfolio showcasing work on apps
• Experience in the fitness, wellness, or health space is a bonus, but a passion for creating engaging digital experiences is essential
• Proficient across the entire design process, from research and wireframing to prototyping and final UI
• Able to thrive in both remote and in-office environments, with 2 days per week in the London office.
• A flexible, positive attitude, excited to join a dynamic and passionate team

*Nice to have: Experience creating design assets for a range of touch points across web, email, special events, paid ads and social media.
