Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Your role will involve managing your own specialist market, and the 360-recruitment process, from establishing your own client relationships to identifying excellent talent for your client’s needs – empowering both parties the ability to succeed.

Salary: £24k basic, OTE £40k in Year 1; Sales experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and build client relationships.
• Manage the recruitment process and candidate follow-ups.
• Meet business goals and manage tasks independently.
• Use Seven20 software and collaborate with team members.
