Business Manager – up to £40,000 Salary Bonus & Benefits

Join a vibrant wealth management consultancy to support the team in the next phase of our growth, working with everyone, from consultants to the CEO.

You’ll be a pivotal member of the team and if you are a self-starter that thrives on variety and making a difference in your day-to-day work, this could be the ideal next step for you. Your primary position will be to provide support for running the business, and you’ll be given huge amounts of autonomy and ownership here.

There’s too much variety in this to mention everything and no two days will look the same. However, you can imagine yourself assisting the management team to prepare various documentation for clients, producing MI, being a second pair of eyes, and managing the onboarding of new consultants.

Another part of your day would involve taking control of various marketing activities, developing and maintaining various templates, managing social media activities, and supporting various company events that take place across the year. You’ll make great use of the CRM to help with marketing, whilst helping to maximize ROI from it within the business.

Every step of the way you’ll be given all of the tools, knowledge and support to learn, progress and thrive. There’s so much to sink your teeth into.

In terms of your experience, you may either have worked in a similar position previously, whether this be specifically as a Business Manager, or within marketing or administration, or you may have recently finished a degree and have relevant organising experience. The key is that you’re organised, keen to learn, discrete when dealing with confidential information, and happy to embrace the wide range of tasks in this role.

You’ll be joining a supportive team of highly experienced wealth management professionals who have built the business from the ground up, with ambitions to grow further in the next few years. Initially, more of your work will be in the office based in Central London but as you learn you can blend in remote work if that suits you.

Starting salary will be up to £40,000 plus a range of benefits including a discretionary annual bonus, private medical care, 25 days annual leave and more.
