Who can apply?

• Please ensure that you have not previously applied for an opportunity with PA Consulting as this could impact your application.
• The event is open to all who identify as women, from any degree backgrounds. PA Consulting welcomes interest from graduates for their Autumn 2025 intake and those currently studying on an undergraduate course (graduating 2026) for their Summer 2025 internship and industrial placement intakes.
• Must have achieved or be on track to receive a minimum 2:2 grade in your degree discipline.
• Full unrestricted right to work in the UK

Application Process:

• Candidates will be required to undergo a pre-interview test with Sanctuary Graduates as part of the application process. This is a fantastic opportunity for PA Consulting to get to know more about you as a person, as well as understand your motivation to apply for this exciting event.
• After the screening process if successful you will receive an email invitation to the event with a full timeline and itinerary for the day.
