Remote/Central London (Hybrid Working - 1 day per week onsite)

£600 - £700 per day (Outside IR35)

We are looking for a highly experienced Social Media Strategist to work for a consultancy on a project for a major FMCG client. This role will focus on developing social media strategies for the Beauty & Wellness sector, and it is ideal for someone with a strong background in consumer goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Devise and execute a comprehensive social media strategy in collaboration with an external agency.
• Create detailed strategy blueprints tailored to the client's Beauty & Wellness brands.
• Provide best practice recommendations based on industry standards and trends within consumer goods.
• Lead workshops and strategy sessions to align stakeholders on key objectives and tactics.
• Develop structured project and deployment plans to ensure smooth execution.
• Propose Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) where relevant to test and validate strategies.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, particularly within consumer goods industries.
• Previous exposure to Beauty, Wellness, or similar product sectors is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic discussions and create actionable plans.
• Experience collaborating with agencies and in-house teams to deliver cohesive social media campaigns.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive workshops and align teams across functions.

This is a 3-month contract, starting in early October, offering flexibility with up to 1 day in the office located in Central London. The role falls outside IR35.
