Recruitment Account Manager
Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office
Salary: £32,000 plus OTE up to £12,000
Are you a dynamic and persuasive professional with a passion for building strong client relationships? Join our Recruitment Team as an Account Manager, where you will drive client activity and fee generation through both permanent and contract recruitment (80%) and apprenticeship starts (20%).
About the Role
Supported by our client development, marketing, and apprenticeship resourcing teams, you’ll manage the entire recruitment process—from identifying new business opportunities to sourcing high-quality candidates and managing existing client relationships. Your responsibilities will include intelligent marketing, face-to-face meetings, and business development calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet set activity and billing targets.
- Achieve success from sales calls.
- Source and provide high-quality candidates.
- Maintain excellent client relationships.
- Cross-sell all areas of the business.
- Be a champion of the brand.
- Assess and manage performance levels.
- Follow all processes and compliance procedures.
- Maintain accurate data on our CRM system.
