The Role:

As Marketing Manager, you'll have a broad remit encompassing demand generation, CRM management, and market/customer data analysis. This role is crucial in establishing systems and processes to achieve significant growth while maintaining a strong customer-led approach and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement and manage a new CRM system for market mapping, customer relationship management, and opportunity tracking
2. Develop and execute marketing strategies, including brand storytelling, website development, and go-to-market strategies
3. Create compelling content for digital platforms and marketing collateral
4. Build and manage social media and digital marketing activities
5. Plan and execute sales campaigns and events to stimulate demand
6. Analyse marketing performance data and provide actionable insights
7. Stay abreast of developments in data science, analytics, and AI to capitalize on new marketing opportunities

What We Offer:

1. Salary range: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
2. Full-time position: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
