The Opportunity:

We are in pursuit of a Head of Performance Marketing, a pivotal leadership position tasked with steering our clients brand's growth and visibility. This role is ideal for a strategic, analytics-driven marketer proficient in marshalling teams towards achieving stellar results whilst having the know-how to drive marketing across high-end clients and institutions.

The Head of Performance Marketing you will need experience of marketing into High/Super-high Net worth individuals including:

• Qualified Investors
• Founders and Crypto Entrepreneurs
• Family Offices
• Wealth Managers
• Institutional Investors

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and oversee the execution of top-tier performance marketing strategies, aiming for business expansion.
• Pioneer robust digital marketing campaigns across a broad spectrum of channels, including SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
• Harness the power of analytics and performance metrics to refine campaign strategies continuously, ensuring optimal ROI.
• Drive the engagement strategy for digital platforms critical to the cryptocurrency community, such as Crypto Twitter and X.com Spaces.
• Engage institutional entities such as DAOs, Family Offices, and Crypto Treasuries, crafting targeted communication strategies that enhance investment prospects.
• Manage the marketing budget astutely, directing resources for the best returns and providing performance insights to stakeholders.
• Inspire innovation within the team, keeping abreast of industry movements to identify and leverage marketing opportunities.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a dynamic marketing team, promoting professional growth and aligning efforts with the company's overarching objectives.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrable success in performance marketing, with a particular emphasis on fintech or the cryptocurrency domain.
• Expert analytical abilities, adept at data interpretation, spotting trends, and executing data-informed decisions.
• Proficiency across various digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a knack for motivating teams and fostering cross-level collaboration.
• Comprehensive understanding of the cryptocurrency industry and its regulatory landscape.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar discipline, with an MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification viewed favourably.
