Founders Associate

About the Role

Our client are seeking a Founders Associate to work directly with and support the CEO in expanding their activities. In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to their early-stage growth.

As a Founders Associate, you will collaborate closely with the founders on strategic initiatives, assist with daily operations, and drive key projects forward.

Your Responsibilities

• Representing the CEO in sales calls.
• Collaborating with the Growth & Marketing team to expand their customer base.
• Assisting the accountancy team with tasks such as bookkeeping and payroll.
• Documenting and outlining processes with the accounting team to help their Software Engineering team develop automation solutions.

What We're Looking for in You

• A strong academic background (particularly in STEM or Business fields).
• You need to really enjoy getting stuck in and learning new things.
• You don’t need previous work experience, but internships or current involvement in one would be a plus.
• A sense of adventure, you don’t just want to follow the beaten career path.
• You do not require Visa sponsorship.
