We are seeking a Head of Marketing/Marketing Director to lead their marketing strategy, drive growth, and elevate brand presence both locally and globally.

About the Role:

This is a pivotal role where you’ll be responsible for crafting and executing a dynamic marketing strategy across all channels. You will lead a talented team, spearheading digital marketing, brand campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth
• Oversee all digital marketing efforts including social media, SEO, email, and paid media
• Lead creative campaigns that resonate with the target audience and differentiate the brand
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, retail, e-commerce) to align marketing with business objectives
• Manage and mentor the marketing team to foster a culture of innovation and excellence
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to inform future strategies
• Lead strategic partnerships and influencer collaborations to enhance brand visibility

About You:

• Proven experience as a Head of Marketing/Marketing Director within the retail or fashion sector
• Expertise in digital marketing, brand building, and omnichannel strategies
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI
