Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation, and cleanliness.

- Manage inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate and align with sales trends.

2. Sales and Customer Service:

- Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed store targets.

- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.

3. Team Management:

- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

- Schedule staff shifts and manage employee performance.

- Foster a positive and motivating work environment, encouraging teamwork and personal growth.

4. Financial Management:

- Monitor store finances, including budgeting, sales analysis, and expense management.

- Prepare and present financial and sales reports to senior management.

- Implement cost-saving measures without compromising store quality and customer satisfaction.

5. Marketing and Promotions:

- Coordinate in-store events, promotions, and marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local marketing strategies.

- Leverage social media and other digital platforms to enhance brand presence and engage with the community.

6. Compliance and Security:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

- Maintain store security, including the safety of staff, customers, and merchandise.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a retail manager, preferably in the sneaker or fashion industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent sales and customer service abilities.

- Proficient in inventory management and financial analysis.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Knowledge of current sneaker trends and market dynamics.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
