Brightsmith is currently partnered with a Charge Point Operator who is looking for a Marketing Manager to come and join their team. The business has recently secured its Series A and has been in an exciting growth phase since!

The purpose of this role is to lead all marketing activities across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention. You will have an excellent opportunity to massively influence the marketing strategy, and impact the business through the coming years!

Responsibilities

• Run acquisition through a variety of channels, from digital, to out-of-home advertising.
• Design & deliver new marketing campaigns.
• Support the development of an improved customer journey.
• Be a real out-of-the-box thinker, understand the customer needs, and build a business that works for them.
• Create some content on social media, blogs, news etc... to support brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Experience in a consumer marketing context.
• A can-do attitude - ideally, you would be someone who can get things done, and works both collaboratively, and autonomously.
• Ability to adapt to a changing business environment.
• Understanding of the EV Charging industry.
• A passion for clean tech and solving climate change.
