Role Overview

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual for the position of Supply Chain Consultancy Manager to join their dynamic Sales and Pre-Sales team in UK and EU.

As a consultancy manager, you will play a crucial role in facilitating sales opportunities for our state-of-the-art AI solutions within the retail sector.



What you will do:

The position requires functioning as an integrator between client business needs and the company’s AI-based planning solutions.

Conducting discovery workshops to understand the customer’s current situation & future aims

Conduct analysis and diagnose client issues with the support of analytics teams during Proof of Concept (POC) processes. Establish and maintain day-to-day client relationships at peer client levels for data collection and POC analysis validation. Review and provide guidance to analytics teams in analysing client inventory planning issues. Direct the team in executing inventory simulations using their Digital Tween solution.

Identify improvement opportunities and evaluate their potential using the company’s methodologies.

Develop inventory strategies tailored to clients' retail networks.

Craft compelling storyboards and prepare client presentations for Director and C-Level executives.

Assist in proposal development activities

Providing expertise on their solutions’ current & future capability

Providing retail process consultancy, challenging the customer’s thinking, and giving insight into industry best practice

Prepare and deliver solution presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings effectively

Managing, coordinating and ensuring quality of formal responses to RFIs, RFPs, etc with pre-sales teams. Manage, coordinate, and ensure the quality of formal responses to Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), etc., in collaboration with pre-sales teams.

Collaborate with product teams to introduce new functionalities to clients


Requirements:

BSc / MSc degree from a quantitative field such as Industrial, Electric Electronic, Computer Engineering

Fluent in written and verbal English

8+F years of relevant job experience in the field.

Supply Chain Consulting experience is a must

Retail Inventory Management experience is an important plus Proficiency in supply chain planning issues, including demand forecasting and inventory management.

Demonstrated curiosity and open-mindedness towards new ideas and concepts.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Effective communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written.

Superior oral and written communication skills

Appreciation of team spirit

Willingness and ability to travel to client locations for meetings as required.
