Marketing Manager

Our client, a prestigious property developer renowned for delivering high-end developments, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their expanding Sales & Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a well-rounded marketing professional with a passion for real estate to play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing and communications strategy for some of the most exclusive developments in the world.

This role would suit a proactive and creative individual with a strong background in both marketing and communications, who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to execute global marketing and communications strategies for prime developments.
• Manage relationships with creative agencies to deliver key marketing collateral, including brochures, websites, digital content, floor plans, and CGIs.
• Oversee appointed PR agencies to ensure the success of communication strategies across both locations.
• Identify press opportunities, manage press releases, and ensure approval and sign-off from relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate sponsorships and events alongside external agencies and suppliers.
• Take charge of day-to-day social media management, including PPC campaigns (both paid and organic), staying ahead of the latest digital marketing trends.
• Provide monthly marketing reports to the UK and French management teams.
• Maintain accountability for all suppliers and external partners.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a strong understanding of luxury property or hospitality marketing.
• Experience working on super prime real estate projects.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A deep understanding of design, architecture, the built environment, and high-end branding.
• Previous experience working with PR and communication strategies.
• Willingness to travel and work from the French office as required.
