As they enter an exciting growth phase, they are looking for an Email Marketing Executive to support their email marketing efforts and drive deeper engagement with their audience.

This is a brand new department and you will report directly into the newly appointed Head of CRM to build and shape the entire email marketing offering from the ground-up!

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Email Marketing Executive to enhance the email marketing strategy and help connect with this incredibly engaged audience on a more personal level.

Working alongside the Email Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in creating and executing email campaigns, leveraging data insights to grow their subscriber base and boost brand engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and analytical individual to dive into the world of email marketing, from campaign planning to performance analysis, with guidance from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Execution and Support: Assist in developing and executing email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional content, and targeted outreach, ensuring alignment with our branding and marketing objectives.
• Subscriber Engagement and Growth: Work with the marketing team to implement strategies for growing and retaining our email subscriber base, using segmentation and personalization to keep engagement levels high.
• Performance Analysis: Help analyse campaign performance and subscriber behavior to refine and enhance future email marketing efforts, contributing to data-driven decisions.
• Learning and Development: Continuously seek to expand your knowledge of email marketing tools, trends, and best practices to contribute effectively to the team’s success.

Requirements:

Must Haves:

• Understanding of Email Marketing Fundamentals: Basic knowledge of email marketing concepts with a willingness to learn and assist in executing email campaigns.
• Creativity and Engagement: Ability to help craft engaging and relevant email content that resonates with our audience.
• Analytical Skills: Eagerness to apply data analytics to guide email marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
• Flexibility: Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt strategies based on industry trends and insights.
• Communication Skills: Strong copywriting and editing skills to effectively communicate ideas and engage our audience.

Nice To Haves:

• Experience in Email Marketing: Some experience in email marketing, even at an internship or entry-level, showing a basic understanding of campaign management and execution.
• Familiarity with Email Tools: Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) and automation tools, plus a keen interest in learning more about digital marketing technologies.
• A/B Testing and Personalization Interest: An interest in learning and applying segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization techniques in email campaigns.
