They are now looking to recruit a driven and motivated Commercial Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join their team. This role will be split around 75% as a Negotiator and 25% with administration/advertising responsibilities.

Our client is looking for someone who:

• Is well presented and of smart appearance.
• Has a good telephone manner.
• Has good written and spoken English.
• Is able to work both on their own and within a team.
• Is 21+ and has their own car.
• Has a positive can-do attitude.
• Is proficient in using LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

Our client is interested in speaking to both trainee and experienced Negotiators.
