As a member of the surgical team, provides technical assistance to the surgeon during surgical intervention under the supervision of the nurse. Maintains instruments and equipment in area of specialization.



REQUIREMENTS: Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field. 1-3 years of experience. American Heart Association CPR Certification, Accredited Surgical Technology Course Certificate, Surgical Technologist Certification required.
