Project Manager (P.E.) Civil/Stormwater Engineer - Water Resources - San Antonio, TX
Halff has an opening for a Project Manager (P.E.) Civil/Stormwater Engineer to work on our Water Resources team in San Antonio, TX. The responsibilities of this position will be to perform project management, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, drainage and watershed planning, and initial design for private and public stormwater infrastructure. Halff is seeking a highly skilled professional to create cost-effective, maintainable, and sustainable solutions for municipalities, governmental agencies, and developers. Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering
* PE license in the state of Texas preferred or can obtain within 6 months
* 5-10 years of experience supporting projects in water resources planning, hydrology, hydraulic modeling, and other engineering tasks.
* Good technical writing and communication skills
* Must be proficient in project management, administration, and supervision
* Must have technical experience with HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, ArcGIS, and/or CADD
* Experience with 2D modeling software packages are beneficial but not required
