We’re looking for a very special person looking for a next step up in Podcasting, not just to perform another role in yet another podcast company.

It’s for a bespoke Podcast Production company (audio and visual shows) based in Central London. We’re not another generic production company looking to pump out arbitrary shows for quick financial gain, we’re looking to do a LOT more in Podcasting and require another person to make this happen as one of the small team of founding members.

The role is that of Trainee Producer (current producers more than welcome to apply). THIS IS NOT an Audio/Tech role. This role you need to be at the very least good with things such as Social media, Graphic design (canva or similar), taking notes, taking photos.

You must be good with people, reliable and looking to get a foot in the door of podcasting for the few hours a week needed from us all until we’ve found investment at which time it will be equal shares in the show profits.

For this role we’re looking for someone with personality and who is looking to be part of a small team with big ambitions, someone who wants to put their name on something they created not just a company they work for.

The recordings would be Sundays and only for around 3 hours (walk in-walk out time) in all until we’re fully funded. At which point we will all share the rewards so until then you would need to be available Sundays. There will also be an hour or two needed for zoom meetings each week.
