Salary: £175 per day
Job Type: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months
We represent a school who have identified a key need for a Year 2 Teacher who can contribute to the teaching and learning of the young people in their community.
Responsibilities
The ideal Year 2 Teacher for this position will be someone who is enthusiastic, passionate, and willing to get involved in the community of this school.
The expectations for this role is a Year 2 Teacher who is confident in the key competencies of their subject area, and has a broad knowledge base and understanding of the curriculum requirements to guide student learning.
The ideal candidate for this Year 2 Teacher role needs to be highly confident and able to support students from al different backgrounds.
The Year 2 Teacher chosen for this role will be responsible for working with a range of abilities and be comfortable catering to the broad needs of their students.
Qualifications/Experience
You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this role.
Additionally, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent to be considered for this job.
To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
