Job Description

One of the fastest growing independent media agencies in London is looking to hire a Paid Social Executive in their business. You'll collaborate closely with a dedicated Paid Social Manager and experts across planning, data, and other channels to deliver top-tier campaigns for a range of exciting clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, build, and optimise high-performing social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • KPI-Driven Execution: Manage campaigns within client KPIs and budgets, ensuring smooth delivery and addressing any issues.
  • Performance Reporting: Pull data and provide detailed, insightful reports to internal teams and external clients.
  • Test & Learn: Contribute to the "test & learn" strategy by experimenting with audience targeting, creatives, bidding strategies, and formats.
  • Audits & Optimisation: Audit social accounts regularly to uncover opportunities for improved performance and share these with clients.
  • Client Relations: Present campaign results and insights to clients, fostering strong, trusted relationships.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest trends and product updates from media partners and the digital landscape.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A natural communicator, both written and verbal, with an eye for actionable insights.
  • Eager to learn and grow in the ever-evolving digital marketing space.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in building, optimising, and reporting on paid social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) with high attention to detail in reporting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, while confidently managing projects independently.
