Job Description

We are looking for an energetic self-starter who can quickly grasp the company’s vision, is

resourceful and should be able to build sales by contacting and building relationships with

new and existing clients. He/she will need to conduct market research and explore new

business opportunities and work closely with marketing to create and implement business

strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.

The primary role of the Business development associate will be focused on expanding the

company’s market share by developing new client relationships and strengthening existing

client relationships to forge new opportunities.


Commission Based, Competitive salary plus commission.

Salary £25k + commission adding up to £50,000 pa


Requirements


o Educated to graduate level is highly desirable.

o Extremely organised and capable of managing the full 360 sales cycle.

o Have previous experience in project management. (desirable but not a pre-requisite)

o Ownership of a car and a clean UK driving license is preferred.

o Outstanding track record of sales targets/Achievements.

o Excellent Sales Skills - Negotiation/Understanding/Solution lead/Relationship Building

qualities.

o Articulate, Motivated and immaculately presented.

o Ideally from the industry or related experience within the industry (i.e. have

experience dealing with leading developers, agents, investors and landlords in the

UK).

o Needs to use company software’s and CRM systems efficiently

o Quick to Adapt, fast learning ability and a team player.


 Must own car and clean driving licence

 Fluent in English
