Where does this role fit in?

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital and Social Media Executive to join our brand & marketing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning and managing our organic and paid social channels, and website content including blogs, case studies, campaign landing pages, as well as general marketing support. This role requires a collaborative approach, seeking out content across our departments and wider business and then working closely with our creative team to deliver engaging and impactful content to our website and social platforms.

We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates a passion for elevating our agency’s visibility, generating fresh and captivating B2B content, and taking the initiative to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices across various social media platforms and blogs. They will play an integral role in not only creating but also refining our content strategy through insightful performance marketing reporting and collaboration with the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership and management of our organic and paid social media channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Creating engaging organic content calendars that meet the requirements and tone of voice of our business values sharing case studies, ITG culture, award wins, industry news, thought leadership, and more.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web & social trends and best practices in digital and social media marketing, including keeping an eye on our client work and competitors’ social activity to present back monthly to the marketing team.
  • Build relationships throughout the business to proactively seek out case studies of client work to demonstrate our expertise and capabilities across social and website content.
  • Create compelling and informative content for our website, including blogs, case studies, and campaign landing pages.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Monitor and analyse social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement monthly.
  • Prepare and deliver a comprehensive monthly marketing report and identify performance trends aligned with channel-specific KPIs.
  • Monitoring our socials (tags, comments, and direct mail) to engage and reshare relevant content to our business across social.
  • Support in award entries and management of the awards calendar (to lead to exciting wins for our business and new content across our channels).
  • Co-manage the inventory for UK merchandise stock for marketing initiatives, including organising the marketing cupboard and keeping merch well stocked in a timely manner for events as well as collaborating with US and NL leads to keep a central record of merchandise.
  • Liaise with the Data/Performance marketing team for a consult on social strategy and feed insights back into content plans and optimisations.
  • Support with campaigns, trade show events, and brand marketing where required, including management of the Business Update.

  • Proven experience managing both organic and paid social media channels and creating engaging content.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
  • Be our social expert; keeping on top of trends and spotting new opportunities with a strong understanding of popular social networks.
  • At the heart of ITG is a customer-centric attitude. Exceptional customer service and a collaborative approach is a key part of this role.
  • Hybrid work schedule with 2 days a week in the office (Fort or Capture Studios) to meet face-to-face with colleagues to seek out content and case studies.
