Job Description

We’re now looking for a Diversity and Inclusion Manager to join the people team for a 12 month fixed term contract. The Diversity and Inclusion Manager will deliver projects and programmes in the DEI strategy.

About the Role

  • Project manage the delivery of various DEI initiatives
  • Provide expert advice and innovative solutions to continuously improve our DEI practices
  • Identify opportunities to refine and advance DEI policies and processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Work in partnership with colleagues including the senior editor for diversity and development in editorial to ensure a consistent, collaborative approach to D&I understanding across the business.

About You

  • Previous experience working in a DEI function at manager level
  • Experience managing DEI programmes including creating, driving and delivering initiatives from inception
  • A confident subject matter expert across all aspects of the DEI agenda
  • Strong project delivery skills
