Talent Acquisition Specialist

HAIL Partners is proud to partner with a leading Investment Bank, to bring in a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager. This role is ideal for someone passionate about leading recruitment efforts for a fast-paced, growing investment bank, with a focus on Revenue Generation hires across areas such as Sales, Broking, Research, Corporate Finance, Private M&A.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition strategy for the wider business, working closely with HR and key stakeholders across multiple divisions, including Sales, Broking, Corporate Finance, and M&A.
• Handle full-spectrum recruitment from entry-level to Director-level roles, working closely with hiring managers to meet talent needs.
• Drive internal hiring efforts, while managing relationships with recruitment agencies.
• Assist with graduate and intern recruitment strategies, developing and improving internship and entry-level talent acquisition programs.
• Play a key role in mapping future talent acquisition processes as the business looks to implement an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) in the future.
• Collaborate with the HR team contributing to wider HR initiatives such as benefits and HR strategy.
• Help build out recruitment processes, ensuring continued growth in London.

Key Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in the financial services sector, with exposure to investment banking roles like Sales, Broking, Corporate Finance, or M&A.
• Ability to work autonomously, leading recruitment strategies and initiatives across the business.
• Strong relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Previous experience with HR-related projects is advantageous, as you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in areas like benefits, compensation, and talent mapping.
• Experience or knowledge of Equity Capital Markets or M&A hiring is desirable.
