Up to £60,000 + bonus

London, 3 days a week

I am working with a dynamic player in the insurance and risk management industry, operating across the UK and continental Europe. This is a great opportunity for join a billion dollar company, who are a trusted leader in the market. Joining this organisation offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, where you’ll help shape impactful marketing campaigns across digital, content, and events.


Working collaboratively with the Marketing Director, you will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, manage digital marketing strategies, and spearhead major industry events. You will be acting as the Business Partner for marketing, working cross-functionally with other business units to ensure marketing plans align with business objectives.


The Marketing Manager will:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and implement marketing strategies, develop proposition-based messaging, and ensure alignment of marketing plans with business objectives to build brand preference.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing campaigns and social media strategies, and ensuring the CRM is regularly updated, tracking and measuring engagement.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to create blogs, thought leadership pieces, and a variety of industry communications.
  • Oversee major industry events, ensuring brand consistency and impact.
  • Ensure all marketing communications comply with legal standards and corporate guidelines.


Essential Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Services or Professional Services.
  • Strong experience across content, digital, and events.
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, audience-appropriate messages.
  • Able to build good relationships and engage with stakeholders.
