Its flagship product, eviivo suite, aims to provide hoteliers and hosts with a convenient all-in-one solution that makes it easy for them to manage online bookings, guests and travel agencies. Today, eviivo’s customer base consists of 30,000 small independent B&Bs, guesthouses, vacation rentals and hotels using eviivo suite day-in day-out to run their business.


We operate in the UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany and North America.


The Role

The Social Media and Partner Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in supporting and leading social and partner-related activities. This role involves crafting and executing innovative concepts for the B2B market highlighting eviivo software in order to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth across social media platforms and through strategic partnerships.


You will collaborate closely with PR, R&D, and other teams to create and manage content that resonates with our target audience and reinforces eviivo's brand presence.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic social media campaigns that align with eviivo’s brand voice and objectives
  • Manage and grow eviivo’s social media presence across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
  • Identify and leverage emerging trends to create engaging content for our brand and property owners
  • Create compelling, on-brand social content including social media posts, blogs, and partner communications
  • Work with PR to secure and manage interviews for eviivo executives and property owners, highlighting success stories and thought leadership
  • Collaborate with R&D to identify and promote product releases, round-ups, and special features
  • Manage award submissions and ensure eviivo is represented in relevant industry accolades
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners to enhance brand messaging and communications
  • Support the creation of partner-related content, such as joint social campaigns, to drive mutual engagement and growth
  • Track and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using insights to refine strategies


About You

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing social media channels, with a proven track record of success
  • Must have strong experience in using Adobe Creative (specifically Photoshop, AI, Premier Pro and XD)
  • Previous experience in the tech, travel, or short-term rental industry is highly desirable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create compelling narratives across different platforms
  • Tech-savvy with a deep understanding of social media scheduling and reporting tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for the travel, technology, and lifestyle sectors
  • Ability to pitch ideas effectively with strong visual and verbal communication skills
  • Multilingual skills are a significant plus
