Reward Lead - circa £110k + bonus & benefits

Central London (hybrid working)

Our client is a highly successful multinational FTSE listed business with over 100,000 employees globally.

They are currently seeking a commercial Reward lead, an opportunity which has arisen due to an internal promotion. The role will support the firm’s corporate functions and suitable candidates will have real breadth across compensation and benefits, and will be comfortable operating in a high profile role at the top of the business.

Culturally the organisation is lean and non-hierarchical, with a down to earth, practical and pragmatic culture.

The role would suit a commercial, business-focused reward professional who has strong UK focused experience (although the role has a global scope), is able to contribute at all levels in the business and who has a track record of “getting things done”. Relevant candidates will be adaptable, strong relationship builders and will be adept at stakeholder management. They will enjoy a complex environment and will have the ability to manage a broad range of reward initiatives concurrently.

Ideally candidates will have previous experience of working within large, complex organisations, perhaps in the retail or manufacturing sector.

They will have experience of reward & recognition design and implementation, reward plans and processes, international employment and mobility, reward systems and role grading/pay benchmarking. They will be able to assess the cost/benefit of interventions and will prioritise development initiatives to deliver success.

They will be business focused, with the ability to articulate complex issues in a way that is easily understood, and will be comfortable operating in an environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
