About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS2 Teacher to join our close-knit team on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for teaching a mixed-age class, designing engaging lesson plans that cater to varied learning styles and ensuring that all children are supported in reaching their potential.

You will work closely with our team of support staff and other teachers to create a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes academic excellence and personal growth.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in a primary setting.
• A deep understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with students, staff, and parents effectively.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and improvement in teaching practice.
• An understanding of and commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver creative and engaging lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff to promote a supportive learning community.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
• Contribute to the school’s ethos and culture of respect, inclusivity, and high expectations.
