Senior Marketing Manager - Blockchain

My client is a pioneering blockchain organisation that is doing exciting and innovative work within the industry.

Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager with extensive experience of working within the blockchain industry, and GTM to join their team.

This is a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, making it ideal for someone with a background in start-ups, emerging technology, or crypto environments.

Role & Responsibilities not limited to;

• End-to-end campaign management - from strategy to execution
• Ensuring all campaigns align with brand guidelines and company objectives.
• Co-lead content creation in the following channels - websites, blogs, social media posts, press releases, and events
• Leading & Co-ordinating Junior members of staff
• Implement SEO strategies aimed at increasing online presence and improving organic search rankings.
• Lead community engagement on their channels, particularly Twitter and LinkedIn, grow the community and interact with its members
• Establish and build relationships with key influencers and opinion leaders within the crypto / blockchain industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company objectives and product development.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer insights

You will need to have;

• Previous experience in a similar Senior Marketing Manager role with a passion for the blockchain industry
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment ideally start-up, tech or crypto
• ‍Experience with GTM Strategy
• Experience of event management
• Experience of implementing marketing strategies
• Experience writing blogs, articles, web-content and social media content
• Effective time management and organisational skills
• Ability to adapt to change & a creative mindset
• Project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience writing blogs and social media content
• Strong analytical skills for evaluation and decision-making
• Proficiency in using; Google suite, Google analytics, Search console, Social Media
