The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

The Job:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media).
• Oversee content creation, including blogs, videos, and social media posts.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective initiatives.
• Build relationships with freelance copywriters to create captivating blog posts and media conte
• Build a network of performance coaches, sportspeople and other high profile individuals in the high performance space.
