Pay: £85-£100 per day

About the role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant with a specialism in Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs to join our supportive team. This full-time, long-term role will involve working closely with students across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, providing tailored support to help them navigate their unique challenges and thrive in their learning environment. You will play a crucial role in developing positive relationships with students, implementing individualised support strategies, and working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the children in your care.
Application Requirements:
• Experience working with children with SEMH needs.
• A patient, empathetic approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to inclusive education and the well-being of all students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEMH needs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualised learning plans.
• Monitor and report on student progress, working closely with teachers and other staff.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Collaborate with external agencies and specialists to enhance student support.
