Pay: £85-£100 per day

About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our dynamic team. This role is tailored for someone who enjoys working closely with children, providing targeted support through boosters and interventions. You’ll be working part-time, making a real difference in the lives of students who need extra help to reach their full potential. Your role will involve supporting children with special educational needs, ensuring that they receive the individualized attention they need to succeed. Application Requirements:
• Experience working with Key Stage 2 students is desirable.
• A passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact.
• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
• Relevant qualifications or a willingness to undertake training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored support to students in Key Stage 2, focusing on boosters and interventions.
• Assist in planning and delivering engaging and effective learning activities.
• Work closely with the SENCO to support students with special educational needs.
• Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
