Service Technician

TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Service Technician within the Trade Department at Winterton, KwaZulu-Natal. Responsibilities and Duties Inspect and assess outdoor power products for issues and defects Diagnose mechanical problems and determine the best course of action for repair Perform repairs and adjustments on lawnmowers, chainsaws, brush cutters, etc. to ensure they are functioning properly Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to prevent future issues Test equipment after repairs to ensure it is working correctly Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed Provide guidance and advice to customers on how to properly maintain their equipment Qualifications and Skills Matric / Grade 12 Previous experience as a service technician Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of lawnmower, chainsaw and brush cutter maintenance and repair techniques Certification in lawnmower, chainsaw and brush cutter repair (advantageous) Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks as needed Comfortable working in various weather conditions and outdoor environments Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities Ability to function in a team environment Honest and reliable Hard working and diligent The company can expire jobs at any time at their own discretion.
